2008 Country Performance Assessment Exercise

In accordance with the PBA policy, which calls for greater transparency in the CPA process, the annual report provides information on the conduct and results of the 2008 assessments. In addition, it indicates changes in the PBA policy and activities undertaken relating to harmonize ADB's PBA system with similar approaches at other multilateral development banks.
