First Reorganization of Operational Functions, October 1968
A Projects Department was created which absorbed the Project Division of the former Operations Department and a substantial portion of the Technical Assistance Division of the former Economic and Technical Assistance Department.
A new Economic Office was created which took over the functions of the Economic Division of the former Economic and Technical Assistance Department.
