Quality Service, Sustaining Excellence

With the vision to provide quality service to Headquarters' building staff and, at the same time, maintaining excellent service, ADB's Office of Administrative Services (OAS) has embarked on initiatives to achieve this goal.

The Balanced Scorecard scheme has been implemented in all units, and a regular monitoring program is in place. Six Sigma Greenbelts and Yellowbelts have been trained to help improve on cost savings in operational activities.

Service Contractor staff have been trained on Statistical Process Control to improve on the quality of building services in Headquarters.
