Nongovernment organizations may participate in ADB's Annual Meetings as "Visitors". The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for NGO representatives and ADB Management, staff, and member country delegations to meet and exchange information and views on ADB's operations. Any NGO with a legitimate interest in the ADB may attend. NGOs interested in participating in the Annual Meeting should contact ADB through: Mr. Robert Dobias An NGO working area and basic administrative assistance are provided at the Annual Meeting venue. An area for public display of NGO publications and materials is provided. A series of seminars is organized for each Annual Meeting. NGOs are welcome to attend and participate in these seminars. One seminar will be the Forum on Cooperation Between the ADB and NGOs. The purpose of the Forum is to provide an opportunity for open and wide-ranging discussion of issues in ADB-NGO cooperation. ADB regards the Forum as an important source of input into strengthening ADB-NGO relationships. More details on the Forum will be provided as arrangements are made. A meeting between registered NGO representatives and the ADB President will be arranged. This meeting allows direct and open discussion between NGOs and ADB's Management.
