ADB's Private Sector Development Strategy

What is ADB's strategy?
The ADB Board of Directors approved the Private Sector Development Strategy in March 2000. The Strategy spans both public and private sector operations, with three key thrusts to:
ADB will scrutinize all public sector operations to identify opportunities for private sector participation.
Discussion topics
ADB will report on
Private sector participants will explain what drives private sector investment in emerging markets and how ADB and governments have allowed them to successfully prepare and implement projects.
