Curriculum VitaeGEORGE S. DALLAS is managing director and global practice leader, Governance and Advisory Services Unit, Standard & Poor's (S&P). This unit provides corporate governance evaluations and scores for companies in both emerging and developed markets. Mr. Dallas has been involved in developing S&P's corporate governance scoring criteria, and with its commercial application in markets around the world. He has also served as head of Global Emerging Markets; regional head for Ratings Services in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; regional head for European credit-rating operations; head of the London office; and practice leader of the international corporate finance group. Before joining S&P, he was a corporate lending officer at Wells Fargo Bank. |
