Curriculum VitaeHAN ZHENG is vice mayor of Shanghai. A native of Shanghai with a master's degree in economics, he has served as manager of large and midsize enterprises, chair of Shanghai Youth League Community, director of Luwan District, director of Shanghai Municipal Planning Commission, director of Shanghai Stock Security Office, and vice general secretary of Shanghai Municipal Government. As vice mayor of Shanghai, he is responsible for urban construction and management, water resource management, environmental protection, land and real estate management, and transportation. |
