DAVID JOHN WILLIAM HATTON is chief executive officer of ING Pension Services Ltd. and ING Pension Trust Ltd. He spent the last four years establishing and managing the licensed Mandatory Provident Fund Company in Hong Kong, China. He also works with government departments and universities in PRC and India on pension reform issues, and is a working committee member representing the Asia-Pacific region on a new initiative focusing on pensions. He has over 30 years of experience working on insurance and pension issues. In 1999, he published, together with Li Fang, Pension Reform Around the World-Lessons for China.
