Curriculum Vitae

LARRY H.P. LANG is chair professor of finance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to this, he taught at Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, Michigan State University, Ohio State University, New York University, and the University of Chicago. Dr. Lang is an expert on corporate governance, corporate finance and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and pricing of securities. The author of numerous articles, he holds a PhD in finance from Wharton School.
