Curriculum VitaeNIK RAMLAH MAHMOOD is Director, Market Policy and Development Division of the Securities Commission of Malaysia. She oversees the work of the Commission in the development of the capital market, legal and regulatory reform, as well as education and training, and provides strategic, legal and policy input in these areas. She has been personally involved in many of the Commission's developmental initiatives for the Malaysian capital market including those related to the derivatives market, the development of MESDAQ, rationalization of the securities market's regulatory framework, developing a regulatory framework for e-commerce, developing the fund management industry, and the Islamic Capital Market. |
