An opportunity to review the relationship between ADB and NGOs. It offers a chance for ADB to solicit inputs from civil society actors on its policies and programs, and to promote a frank exchange of views on development topics. The four-hour Open Forum will begin with an orientation briefing by ADB staff, followed by discussions on issues of mutual interest between ADB and NGOs. The forum's discussion topics will be determined on the basis of suggestions made by accredited NGOs prior to the Annual Meeting. Possible topics include:

• Where are we going with the ADB's medium-term strategy?
• What should be the focus of the action plan for ADB's NGO Cooperation Network?
