Arrival

Governors/Heads of Delegations and other official delegates will be met at the Jeju International Airport and Incheon International Airport and assisted with customs and immigration, provided that The Secretary is advised in advance in writing of the firm arrival date and flight details.

All delegates arriving through Incheon International Airport should proceed to Gimpo Domestic Airport (approximately 35 minutes by shuttle bus) for a domestic flight from Gimpo to Jeju (direct flights connecting Incheon and Jeju operate twice a week only). Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., there are no flights between Gimpo and Jeju. Therefore, those planning to arrive at Incheon International Airport between those hours may need to stay overnight. In such cases, please contact INTERCOM for assistance with hotel reservations.

All delegates are requested to attach the special luggage tags to their luggage, and to affix the lapel sticker prominently on their outer garment. (The special luggage tags and lapel sticker are enclosed with the booklet dispatched to delegates.)

Travel from Jeju International Airport to hotels located in the Jungmun area takes about 45 minutes. Transport to hotels will be provided for all delegates.
