Eligibility
Guests include:
- representatives of accredited institutions involved predominantly in banking, monetary, industrial, economic, legal, environmental, and financial affairs relevant to ADB's activities;
- special guests (ADB former Presidents, Vice-Presidents, and Secretaries of the Board of Governors);
- individuals from academic or other institutions undertaking research or activities on matters relevant to ADB's mandate;
- very senior officials from major consulting firms and other corporations that have significant or potentially significant relationship with ADB; and
- members of the Association of Former Employees of ADB (AFE-ADB).
Accreditation
Accreditation of guest institutions is at the discretion of ADB. There should be established financial or operational relations between accredited institutions and ADB that are actually or potentially beneficial to ADB. Restrictions on the number of representatives from each institution may be imposed from one meeting to the next due to space constraints.
Issuance of invitations to accredited guests is currently underway.
Only invited and nominated participants may submit the Guest Registration Form.
Guests are expected to make their own travel arrangements to and from Jeju Island, and arrange for their own hotel accommodation.
Members of the Association of Former Employees of ADB (AFE-ADB) are categorized as guests.
