Chartered Airplane

Participants intending to arrive at the Jeju International Airport by private planes or chartered flights are requested to advise The Secretary of ADB as far in advance as possible and to provide full details of the aircraft to ensure time for coordination with the airport authorities.

Governors' Cars

The Korean Government will provide a chauffeur-driven car for the official use of each Governor/Head of Delegation. The car will be available for the Governor/ Head of Delegation at the Airport upon arrival (but not earlier than Wednesday, 12 May) and until departure from Jeju Island (or Tuesday, 18 May, whichever is earlier).

Privileged parking areas will be allocated to the cars assigned to Governors/Heads of Delegation.

Chauffeur-driven and self-drive cars can be hired in Jeju Island.

Car Rental

Shuttle Buses

A shuttle bus service for delegates representing members and observers will be provided to and from the Airport, ICC Jeju and selected hotels and also between ICC Jeju and selected hotels and official social event venues. A timetable will be posted at ICC Jeju, the hotels, the ADB Annual Meeting information desks at the Airport, and the host country's website (www.adb2004jeju.org).
