Hee Kiang Foo
 

HEE KIANG FOO is chief operating officer and executive vice president for operations of Hyflux Group. He oversees the group's operations-marketing and sales, design, fabrication, procurement, project execution, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of water treatment plants. He sits on the boards of some of the group's companies involved in strategic planning. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the National University of Singapore, a graduate diploma in marketing from the Management Institute of Singapore, and a diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
