Krirk Vanikkul
KRIRK VANIKKUL has been assistant governor of the financial institutions policy group, Bank of Thailand,
since 2003. In 2002, he was assistant governor of the fund management group. He has served as senior
director of the legal group and director of the legal department since joining Bank of Thailand in 1994. Before
that he was a senior judge at the Central Labour Court. He joined the Ministry of Justice in 1980. He is a parttime
lecturer at the faculties of law at Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University and Assumption University.
He has a bachelor of law degree from Chulalongkorn University; bachelor of arts in jurisprudence
from Oxford University; and barrister-at-law degrees from Institute of Legal Education, the Thai Bar Association,
and Middle Temple, UK.
