Open Forum on ADB-CSO Cooperation: Health Investments for Economic Growth: Building Blocks of Pro-Poor Development

The Open Forum is a regular fixture at the ADB Annual Meeting. The theme of this year’s meeting was “Health Investments for Economic Growth: Building Blocks of Pro-Poor Development.” An expert panel, including representatives of civil society, academe, and the World Health Organization, explored the links between health investment and economic growth, and why viewing development from this angle matters to decision makers in the public sector, organized civil society, and international donor community.
