Infrastructure Beyond Borders

The seminar will provide an opportunity for participants to deliberate on issues related to the (i) need for cross-border infrastructure development in promoting effective regional cooperation, and (ii) the appropriate roles of the public and private sectors in infrastructure financing, ownership, and management. The panel comprises representatives of the governmental and private sectors.
