NGOs and Civil Society

The Annual Meeting accreditation system is fully web-based. Requests for accreditation were accepted between January and 15 March 2007.

All applications must include basic information on the organization's competence and relevance to the work of the ADB. The completed application form should be accompanied by the following:

• Latest annual report and financial statement (Word or PDF file).
• Proof of legal status and official registration with the government of the ADB member country in which the CSO is based.

If an organization is unable to provide the requested documents, it should provide alternative proof of its status as a bona fide civil society organization operating in an ADB member country.

Please note that those attending the Annual Meeting are expected to cover the costs of their participation.
