ADB would like to advise delegates against entering into any contracts or agreements with external publishers or organizations claiming - whether implicitly or explicitly - to be partners or publishers for ADB's 40th Annual Meeting, to be held in Kyoto, Japan, 4-7 May 2007.

ADB wishes to make clear that ADB has not entered into partnership with any Media Group or Publishing group, nor has ADB authorized or endorsed any publication in relation to ADB's 40th Annual Meeting.

It has come to ADB's attention that one publishing company called Faircount Media Group plans to produce a publication called "Delegate Publication for ADB Annual Meeting, Kyoto, May 2007" (www.wordsintoaction.org/adb/index.html) which they intend to distribute to delegates at ADB's Annual Meeting.

ADB does not authorize or endorse the above publication. Nor has ADB been involved in any aspect of its preparation or marketing.

All publications intended for display at the Annual Meeting in Kyoto will require prior permission from ADB. See guidelines.
