Schedule of Operation of the Registration Center
All participants must register online. Invitation letters will be sent to all accredited participants by January 2007, explaining how to register online (with user IDs and passwords required for access in the registration forms). The deadline for online registration has been extended from 15 April to 19 April 2007.

Request for Accreditation
ADB Annual Meeting is not open to the public.
All participants must be invited to attend the Annual Meeting.

All accompanying persons must separately register online. Accompanying persons (spouse or child 18 years or older) are required to personally get their identification badges at the Registration Center by presenting their passports as proof of identity.

Unless The Secretary of ADB is advised otherwise in writing, the names and positions of all registered participants will be disclosed through conference documentation, e.g., lists of participants or e-mail forwarding facility, for the purpose of organizing bilateral or multilateral meetings among participants and for inviting to any social events some of the participating organizations may host.

Schedule of Operation of the Registration Center
Annual Meeting participants should present their passports and claim their Annual Meeting badges and other materials at the Registration Center located in the Grand Prince Hotel, which is located across the road from the Kyoto International Conference Center*. Local residents may present an officially issued photo ID.
