JUSTIN YIFU LIN is Professor and Founding Director of the China Centre for Economic Research at Peking University. He is Fellow of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World. He has published several books and articles. He is Vice Chairman of the Committee for Economic Affairs of the Chinese People’s Political Consultation Conference, and Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He also serves on several national and international committees, leading groups, and councils on development policy, technology, and environment. He has a doctorate in economics from the University of Chicago.
