Koji Omi
 

KOJI OMI is the Minister of Finance of Japan. He is the Governor for Japan in ADB. He was Minister of State for Okinawa and Northern Territories Affairs and Minister of State for Science and Technology Policy in the First Koizumi Cabinet until 2002. He was previously Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Research Commission to Promote Research and Establish a Nation of Innovative Science and Technology, Deputy Chairman of the LDP General Council, and Chairman of the LDP Research Commission on Oil, Resources and Energy. He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Management of Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
