Anne Margareth Fagertun Stenhammer
ANNE MARGARETH FAGERTUN STENHAMMER is State Secretary of International Development. She is the Governor for Norway in ADB. From 2002 to 2005, she was Director for Education, Office of the County Governor of Nordland, and previously, Project Manager for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Research for the twinning project with Serbia, as well as Program Manager and Head of Mission in the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation in Kosovo. She has held several political posts, including member of the Fauske municipal council executive committee and Mayor of Fauske municipality, as well as in the Socialist Left Party at local, regional and national levels. She has been a member and chair in various regional and national boards, including the Norwegian Post Bank. She has a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in teaching.
