Partnerships for Advancing Asian Bond Markets—Credit and Financial Engineering
Seminar sponsored by Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC)

With a view to facilitating the partnerships among private and public sector players in promoting product creation and innovation under the ASEAN+3 Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI), this seminar will:
- find ways
to enhance synergies among different groups of private and public sector players,
- bridge the gap between policy objectives and the motivations of the private sector,
- identify obstacles and constraints and seek practical solutions,
- discuss the
respective roles of different groups of private and public sector players in addressing
challenges, and
- raise awareness about the benefits of bond market development by
sharing information on recent products.
