Asian Cities: Environmental Management and Financing Challenges

The seminar aims to identify conceptual and practical issues which need to be addressed in order to meet the vast need for environmentally related infrastructure. Financing sustainable urban development will be the key theme of the seminar, with three main sub-themes: finance, the political/institutional base, and tools for management.
