How to Report Fraud or Corruption

Information concerning the identity of a complainant is strictly controlled and will not be released to other ADB staff or to anyone outside ADB without the consent of the complainant.

Contact the Integrity Division of the Office of the Auditor General (OAGI) to report concerns or evidence that fraud or corruption may have occurred or is occurring related to any ADB-financed activity. You may report allegations by contacting OAGI by email, facsimile (fax), mail, in person, or by telephone. Only OAGI staff can access any such communication.

When reporting concerns, please provide as much information and detail as possible, including who, what, when, where, why, and how. For further guidance, see What To Report.
