The Budget, Personnel and Management Systems Department (BPMSD)

• determines, allocates, manages, and administers the Bank’s budgetary provisions for financial and human resources
• designs and assesses the organization and systems within which these resources are brought together to carry out the broad range of Bank activities
• develops and operates personnel programs--including manpower planning, recruitment, classification and compensation, benefits, staff training and development, and staff relations
