The estimated budget is approximately $760,000. Read the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the consulting service.

MTC now invites eligible international consultants in association with national consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Firms from ADB member countries should express interest in being short-listed.

The Request for Proposals for submitting detailed technical and financial proposals is expected to be issued in the first quarter of 2007 to short-listed firms. MTC reserves the right to shortlist or not shortlist any or all of the applicants without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Interested consultants may obtain further information on a working day during normal office hours (0900Hrs to 1600Hrs) from the office of MTC, Executive Director, Projects and Planning Project Director and/or ADB's Project Officer.
