Package B-3: 150kV Transmission lines Package B-4: 150kV substations Package B-5: 150kV substations Details and specifications are provided in the Bidding Document. 3. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below. PT PLN (Persero)5. The Bidding Documents, in the English language, may be purchased by any interested by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rp.3.0 million or US$328 for each package. The method of payment will be by cash. The document may be collected from the address given below or may be sent by mail for courier services for an additional fee of Rp1.0 million or US$110.0 for each package. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 6. Site visit will be carried out from 24 to 26 July 2007. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the above address on 8 August 2007. 7. All Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 11 October 2007 together with a Bid Security of: Package B-3: USD 679,000 Package B-4: USD 371,000 Package B-5: USD 204,000 Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids shall be rejected. 8. PT PLNS (Persero) will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids 9. In the comparison of Bids, ADB's Domestic Preference Scheme will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Biding Documents. Specific Notice |
