The fund became operational on 1 May 2007 and has received a total commitment of $151.8 million from participants (Belgium, on behalf of the Flemish Region; Finland; Luxembourg; Portugal; Spain; Sweden; and Switzerland). The Organizational Meeting of Participants was held on 30 May 2007 at ADB's European Representative Office in Frankfurt, Germany. The acceptance of participation to the Fund was closed on 30 June 2007. |
