Finnish Technical Assistance Grant Fund
The Finnish Technical Assistance Grant Fund was established by Finland’s Department for International Cooperation at ADB in 1999 to assist ADB’s developing member countries in activities focused on environmental protection and development of renewable energy forms. ActivitiesThe Fund provides technical assistance in project preparation, advisory services, project implementation, and other activities which may be areedupon by the Government of Finland and ADB. ADB carries out the identification, preparation, appraisal and supervision of the projects according to its policies and procedures. For the projects, ADB will select and engage consultants following ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and Guidelines for Procurement. List of Projects (Environmental Protection)
