Construction of a modern water supply plant in the People's Republic of China (PRC) with a capacity of 400,000 cubic meters per day, providing reliable water to nearly three million residents of the city of Chengdu. Ownership of the plant will be transferred to the Chengdu municipal government after 18 years. |
