Consultant Management System

Consultants interested in ADB consulting opportunities are encouraged to register and regularly maintain/update their profiles in an integrated Consultant Management System (CMS).

In comparison to the previous registration systems (DACON and DICON), CMS is easier to use, provides simplified or full registration options, and allows updates in real time. Consultants are encouraged to update their profile, at least once a year or as necessary. Profiles that stay inactive for more than 1 calendar year will be de-activated.
