Credit Review and Analysis of Non-sovereign Operations

The Risk Management Unit (RMU) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is seeking consulting services to help conduct risk assessments of proposed transactions (loans; guarantees; and equity investments) to evaluate risk areas, recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures, provide inputs concerning terms and conditions, and summarize the analysis with an overall recommendation.

RMU intends to hire up to two national consultants for an initial assignment of 6-months, subject to extension. It is anticipated that the services required under this will commence in June 2008.

Invitation and Deadline for Submission of Expressions of Interest

ADB now invites eligible national consultants from the PHI to express interest in providing the services for the above mentioned project. Interested candidates should express interest using the attached curriculum vitae template. EOIs should be submitted electronically no later than 13 June 2008 to gchu@adb.org and copied to jtantamco@adb.org.
