Consultation Workshops: Summaries of Participant Recommendations

ADB held a series of 18 workshops with representatives from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. At each workshop, an ADB representative presented an overview of the draft PCP, with specific attention to the project-related documents that would be disclosed under the proposed PCP.

Following a question and answer period, participants worked in breakout groups to evaluate the policy. The groups then presented their views to the other participants and ADB staff, and all discussed the recommendations. View a sample agenda and breakout group questions.

ADB documented the recommendations made at each workshop, and provided a draft summary to those who attended, for their edits, before finalizing the summary.

Where two dates are indicated below, separate workshops were held with different stakeholder groups.
