The PCP establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information that ADB produces or requires to be produced. It mandates all project-related documents normally produced during the project cycle to be posted on the web. Specific disclosure requirements are detailed in the Staff Disclosure Handbook and the Operations Manual (L3) on Public Communications [ PDF: 77kb | 24 pages ]. Implementing the PCPThe PCP commits to monitoring and reporting implementation progress each year. Under the PCP, ADB is committed to proactively make information available.
