Implementing the Public Communications Policy

The PCP commits to monitoring and reporting implementation progress each year. Read the PCP annual report [ PDF: 128kb | 31 pages ] for 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008.

Under the PCP, ADB is committed to proactively make information available. Statistics on disclosure compliance by document type are provided in the report, including data on full compliance and late compliance.

Ninety-nine percent (99%) of requests received were fulfilled within the PCP’s time limits. 7% of requests were denied, and two complaints were forwarded to the public disclosure advisory committee.
