Contract:Supply of Fishing Boats (30 units x 10 Gross Tonnage)

1. The Republic of Indonesia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Marine and Coastal Resources Management Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for : Supply of Fishing Boats (30 units x 10 Gross Tonnage)

2. The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of fishing boats (30 Units, 10 Gross Tonnage Equipped by Gillnet and Botton Long Line), located in Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya and Aceh Jaya Districts of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province.

3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's One-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Committee or Aceh's Post Tsunami Assistance and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below.

5. The Bidding Document, in the English language, may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rp. 1.0 million or US$100.0. The Bidding Document may be collected from the above address or may be sent by courier for an additional fee of Rp. 1.0 million or US$100.0.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 26 June 2006, 12:00 pm (local time/Waktu Indonesia Barat (WIB). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of IDR 300,000,000 (Three hundred million) in Indonesia Rupiah or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

7. The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
