- Experience in construction for the last three years. For contractors bidding for one contract, he must have participated in at least one contract within the last three years with a contract value of US$700,000. For contractors bidding for two contracts, he must have participated in at least two contracts within the last four years with a contract value of US$800,000. For contractors bidding for three contracts, he must have participated in at least three contracts within the last six years with a contract value of US$1,000,000.
- Submission of audited balance sheets, income and other financial statements for the last three years with a positive net worth calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
- The minimum average annual construction turnover within the last three years should be US$800,000 for bidders of one contract, US$1.6 million for bidders of two contracts and US$2.4 million for bidders of three contracts.
- For each contract, the contractor must provide at least one Project Manager with at least seven years of work experience and at least three years of experience in works of similar nature; one Foreman/Construction Supervisor with at least seven years of work experience and at least five years of experience in similar nature; Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor with at least five years work experience and at least three years of experience in similar nature; Commissioning Supervisor with at least five years of work experience and at least three years of experience in similar nature.
6. The Bidding Documents, in the English language, may be purchased by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written application to address above, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100 for each set. The method of payment will be in cash. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 4 July 2007. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least 2% of the Total Bid Price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address above. 8. In the comparison of bids, ADB's Domestic Preference will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Bidding Documents.
