The People's Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Acid Rain Control and Environmental Improvement Project. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contracts named above.

The China Machinery and Equipment International Tendering Co. Ltd. (Procurement Agent) (hereinafter referred to as "CMEITC"), for and on behalf of Anhui Wuhu Shanjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. ("the Purchaser") now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the design, manufacture, supply, after sales services, and technical training for the following contracts:

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

The Purchaser will send the Bidding Document by express mail for an additional fee of RMB100 or US$20. The Purchaser accepts no liability for loss or late delivery.

  • together with a Bid Security of not less than 2% of total bid price
