Late bids will be rejected.
Technical proposals will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The price proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at a time and date to be advised by MMI after approval of ADB of the evaluation of the technical proposals .
