The Republic of Indonesia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Power Transmission Improvement Sector Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued. PT. PLN (Persero), the Employer, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from member countries of ADB for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of: C3: 150kV Transmission Line Karang Joang-Kuaro-Tanjung C4: 150 kV Substation Karang Joang and Kuaro (Details and specifications are provided in the Bidding Document) International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below.
