Invitation for Bids
The People's Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Chongqing Guizhou Roads Development (Leichong Expressway) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.
CMC International Tendering Corporation (CITC), the Procurement Agent, authorized by Chonqing Expressway Development Co., Ltd. South Construction Branch, the Purchaser, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from member countries of ADB for the supply, delivery, installation and related services of the following goods:

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
Bidder may bid for one lot or both lots.
