Invitation for Bids
1. Mongolia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Regional Road Development Project. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The Ministry of Road, Transport and Tourism, the Employer, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the following:
62 km road construction from 18th Khudag to km 62.200 comprising bituminous pavement, bridges, culverts, and protection works.
(More details are provided in the Bidding Document).
3. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

- average annual construction turnover of $18 million within the last three years,
- availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial mans of $4.5 million,
- experience as contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least two similar contracts during the last five years, each with a value of not less than US$ 10 million.
