Contract: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Telemetry Equipment
Deadline: 31 October 2005 The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Second Flood Protection Project, and it is intended to apply part of the proceeds of the loan to eligible payments under the contracts for which this Invitation for Bid is issued. The Federal Flood Commission (FFC) through the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders from member countries of the ADB for the supply, installation, and commissioning of: Telemetry Equipment: The scope includes:
- Supply and installation of 20 remote terminal units (RTUs), 20 rain sensors and 19 pressure type water level sensors
- Relocation of two existing RTUs
- Reconfiguration of master station and installation of additional antenna (if required)
- Provision of spares, test measuring/field servicing equipment
