The People's Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Acid Rain Control and Environmental Improvement Project, and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.

The CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (CNCCCITC), the Procurement Agent for Anhui Jiuhuashan Tourism Group Co. Ltd., Purchaser, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Late bids shall be rejected.

The Purchaser and the Procurement Agent are not responsible for bidders' expenses associated with preparing and delivering bids.

In the comparison of bids, ADB's Domestic Preference will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders.
