Design, engineering manufacturing, furnishing, delivering, erection, testing and commissioning complete of 230/115/22kV West Phnom Penh Substation and 230/22kV Takeo Substation, including civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical works, and training of the Employer's staff. The works shall cover the following two substation works:Bidders must have experience under contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at lest the last ten years prior to the submission deadline of this bid. Bidders must also have experience (participation as contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor) in at least three contracts within the last ten years, shall have a value of at least US$20 million that have been successfully or are substantially completed (70% or 80%) and that are similar to the proposed plant and services. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in the bid documents. Other Employer's requirements for qualification are specified in the bidding documents. The Works under this turnkey contract shall be completed within fifteen months after the signing of the Contract. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
