The Republic of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Flood Mitigation Project and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.

The Project Management Office, State Amelioration and Water Farm Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture invites sealed bids for the following contracts:

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

A Bidder could bid for one package, all packages or any combination of packages.

Documents will be sent by express airmail. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Bidders must deliver their bids:
  • on the deadline stated in the Bidding Document. Late Bids will be rejected
  • together with Bid Security of not less than two percent (2%) of the Total Bid Price
