Contract Title:Supply, Installation, Implementation, Configuration and Integration of an ERP system at head office of HPPCL & its field units

1.    India has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Himachal Pradesh Clean Energy Development Investment Program and it is intended that part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above.

2.     The "Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited " invites tenders from eligible bidders for "Supply, Installation, Implementation, Configuration and Integration of an ERP system at head office of HPPCL & its field units" as per tender document on turnkey basis.

3.    International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure Bidding Procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

4.     To obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document, bidders should contact the Deputy General Manager at the following address during working days starting from 17 December 2009:

5.    To purchase the Bidding Document in English, eligible bidders should:

  • visit the office of Deputy General Manager at the address indicated above and pay a non-refundable fee of INR 5,000 or US$100 payable by demand draft in favor of H.P Power Corporation Ltd. payable at Shimla (H.P)
    or
  • request for delivery by sending a written application to the office of Deputy General Manager at the address indicated above. The application must include demand draft in favor H.P Power Corporation Ltd. payable at Shimla (H.P) for the amount of INR 5,300 (domestic delivery) or US$ 150 (overseas delivery). The Bidding Documents will be sent by courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6.    A pre-bid conference will be held on 07 January 2010 at above address.

7.    Deliver your bid:

  • to the address above;
  • on or before the deadline: 14:00 hours (IST) of 3 March 2010. Late bids will be rejected.
  • together with a Bid Security of INR 1 Million or US$ 20,000.

8.    Bids will be opened at 15:00 hours on 3 March 2010 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address above.

9.    The HPPCL will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the delivery or preparation of bids.
